Yes, this is a one-time purchase that does not require renewal.
What ages should start the program?
100-Point Handles is designed for players of all ages and skills levels. Whether you are just starting basketball or you're a pro, this program is designed to elevate your handles.
How is each workout formatted?
Every workout includes a written description of the entire workout and a video demonstration. There are also five levels of difficulty to track your progress and go at your own pace.
How long is every workout?
Every workout is designed to be completed in approximately 30 minutes. We recommend doing these workouts with a friend, sibling, or parent to maximize time on shooting drills. However, all of these workouts can be completed without a partner.
Do I need a partner?
You do not need a partner to complete any of these workouts.
