Do I have access to ESSENTIALS after I finish the program?
Yes, this is a one-time purchase that does not require renewal.
What ages should start the program?
ESSENTIALS is designed for players ages 8-12. We recommend using the correct size basketball and rim height for younger players.
How is each workout formatted?
Every workout includes a written description of the entire workout and a video demonstration of every move and drill.
How long is every workout?
Every workout is designed to be completed in approximately 30 minutes. We recommend doing these workouts with a friend, sibling, or parent to maximize time on shooting drills. However, all of these workouts can be completed without a partner.
Do I need a rebounder?
You do not need a rebounder. A rebounder will allow you to complete the workout more efficiently but it is not required.
