Point Guard Transformation Program

Tyrese

Players will work on using ball screens, isolation moves, separation moves & finishing moves. For players who aspire to play like Tyrese Haliburton, Steph Curry, Kyrie Irving, Damian Lillard, Trae Young & Tyrese Maxey.

Scoring Guard Transformation Program

Players will work on isolation moves, separation moves, finishing moves, ball screen reads & pindown reads. For players who aspire to play like Bradley Beal, Zach LaVine, Devin Booker, James Harden & Luka Doncic.

Shooter Transformation Program

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have access to workouts after I finish the program?

Yes, this is a one-time purchase that does not require renewal. Once you complete the 6-weeks you can start the program over and continue your transformation.

What ages should start the program?

The Transformation Program is designed for players ages 12+. We recommend using the correct size basketball and rim height for younger players.

How is each workout formatted?

Every workout includes a written description of the entire workout and a video demonstration of every move and drill.

How long is every workout?

Every workout is designed to be completed in approximately 60 minutes. We recommend doing these workouts with a friend, sibling, or parent to maximize time on shooting drills. However, all of these workouts can be completed without a partner and rebounding your own shots.

Do I need a rebounder?

You do not need a rebounder. A rebounder will allow you to complete the workout more efficiently but it is not required.
