Simon offers a complete and structured program for basketball players of all levels and ages. The training sessions last 75 minutes, combining skills training and competition, and are designed to develop the player's individual skills. Each player benefits from monthly monitoring to measure their progress, weekly homework to work on alone and video analysis to refine their game. With adapted options (Rookie, All-Star and MVP), everyone can improve at their own pace. The goal: to recreate situations close to the match, to maximize performance on the court during official matches and develop a black mamba mentality. At each session, players come out more confident, more motivated and better.
